★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar recomendado para hacer pedidos, sale económico. Nada más necesitas un poquitin de paciencia porque solo hay una persona atendiendo y si esta diseñando para un cliente que esté presente , tardarán de 20 a 30 min en atenderte (por lo menos así me fue a mí)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una empresas con caracter medio familiar. Hacen todo tipo de trabajo de lonas y las ponen en obra. Tienen muy buena maquinarias para imprimir y la calidad del trabajo es muy buena. Aveces no cumplen exactamente porque agarran demasiadas cosas que hacer. Las soluciones que propone son buenas y utiles.

Sometimes they do not meet exactly because they grab too many things to do. The solutions he proposes are good and useful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendió Javier, le mandé a hacer mi logo, una lona y dos vinilos para mi negocio, para empezar, quedamos en que me los entregaba un miércoles, llegó el viernes y tenía que estarle mandando mensaje tras mensaje porque no me contestaba ni me daba ningún tipo de respuesta, al final me entregó y le pedí mi logo en pdf y editable POR DÍAS, sin respuesta alguna, cuando PORFIN me contestó me dijo “no te hice el logo, cobro más por logo”
Una total decepción el servicio que dan, ya me habían comentado familia y amigos el pésimo servicio que dan, me tocó comprobarlo! Es bueno saber que no son la única imprenta en Chapala, NO VUELVO Y CERO RECOMENDABLE.
Javier attended me, I sent him to make my logo, a canvas and two vinyls for my business, to begin with, we agreed that he would deliver them to me on a Wednesday, Friday arrived and I had to send him message after message because he did not answer me or give me no kind of response, in the end he gave me and I asked him for my logo in pdf and editable FOR DAYS, without any response, when he FINALLY answered me he said "I didn't make the logo for you, I charge more per logo"
A total disappointment in the service they give, family and friends had already told me about the lousy service they give, I had to check it out! It is good to know that they are not the only printing company in Chapala, I WILL NOT BE BACK AND ZERO RECOMMENDED.
