Hay una actividad artística y recreativa para realizar un tapete ya sea individual o en grupo. Es muy divertida y hasta relajante. Altamente recomendable!

There is an artistic and recreational activity to create a rug, either individually or as a group. It is very fun and even relaxing. Highly recommended!

Muy interesante conocer el proceso de elaboración de este arte efímero, que inicia con el pintado de la arena o el aserrín. Estaban preparando unos muy bonitos portales para la celebración de la virgen de la caridad que está por festejarse el 14 de agosto próximo, algunos hechos sólo con semillas de la región como el frijol ayocote, maíz cacahuazintle, maíz azul, mijo, trigo, etcétera.
