Este classes concéntrese en el restaurativo Hatha yoga. (ideal para surfistas) Puedes sentir la alegría y la belleza de eso durante y después de la clase. Muchas gracias Namaste.
I'm practicing daily yoga at home. It felt so good going to a yoga class were a well trained yoga teacher can sweep you off your feet by experience and knowledge. Focus on restorative Hatha yoga. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, just wow. What a yoga studio. I am so so happy that I came across this yoga studio randomly when searching on google maps. The classes are intense but beautiful, the instructors really teach you about the link between mind and body when doing the yoga. I cannot recommend this studio enough!! 15/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Randomly walked by this place and decided to try it. The studio had a lovely energy and so did the instructor. Really enjoyed the Hatha yoga. There are also plenty of mats and other equipment.
