★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar encuentras de todo es una lástima que se esté dando a conocer por la mala atención y trato con el cliente, en el cual hay un muchacho grosero no se q se cree, pero trata mal a las personas , déspota, habla como le fastidiara en atenderte, a parte se pone a pelear como vieja con el cliente, te quejas con las señoras y el sigue ahí discutiendo sin ningún respeto . Jamás regresaré ahí porque está persona es así con varias gente por lo qué leí aquí en la descripción de comentarios. Es una lástima qué los dueños lo tengan a esa persona no tiene trato con la gente, lo que va pasar qué la gente deje de ir. Deberían checar eso es un foco rojo para su tienda y lo digo como cliente.

También me tocó ver cómo una señora se portó súper grosera y despota pero el personal de la tienda no fue mala onda, no fueron groseros ni nada. Todo lo contrario, le explicaron la política de no cambios ni devoluciones (que está en un letrero enorme a la salida pero deciden ignorarlo) pero a la señora no le gustó la respuesta.
A todos como clientes nos encanta que nos traten con pincitas pero se nos olvida que del otro lado te atiende una persona; seamos empáticos, respetemos las reglas del establecimiento, las medidas sanitarias, EL HORARIO, respetemos su trabajo y van a ver cómo se lleva la fiesta en paz. Además de que tiene el mejor precio y muy surtido, en lo personal nunca me han quedado mal.

On the contrary, they explained to her the no exchange or return policy (which is on a huge sign at the exit but they decide to ignore it) but the lady didn't like the answer.
As clients we all love to be treated with little tweezers but we forget that on the other side a person attends to you; let's be empathetic, respect the rules of the establishment, the sanitary measures, THE SCHEDULE, respect their work and they will see how the party goes in peace. In addition to the fact that it has the best price and a wide assortment, personally they have never been bad for me.
