★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí dos vestidos y al principio me atendieron bien, me cobraron un servicio express y a la hora que realicé el pago me dejaron de contestar por WhatsApp, el envío se supone que llegaría al siguiente día y nunca te explican qué se tarda en procesar el envío 2 días! uno de los vestidos que llegó de pésima calidad parece de mercado la tela se transparenta, pedí talla M y me llegó en talla S como si no hubieran tenido en talla M y me mandaron un S haciéndome creer que era M. Pésimo! Y aparte de todo no hay cambios ni devoluciones y desaparecieron del WhatsApp jamás me volvieron a contestar! Cuidado!
I ordered two dresses and at first they treated me well, they charged me an express service and at the time I made the payment they stopped answering me on WhatsApp, the shipment is supposed to arrive the next day and they never explain to you how long it takes to process the shipment 2 days! One of the dresses that arrived of poor quality seems to be from the market, the fabric is transparent, I asked for size M and it arrived in size S as if they had not had a size M and they sent me an S making me believe it was M. Terrible! And apart from all there are no changes or refunds and they disappeared from WhatsApp, they never answered me again! Watch out!
