Jamas tuvimos una queja, de hecho siempre nos felicitaban. Pero a pesar de eso el jefe del lugar prefería invertir en cámaras de seguridad antes de mantener bien a los trabajadores. Las condiciones de trabajo son horribles. No tienen microondas, ni mesa, ni un lugar decente para comer. Tienes que almorzar en una pequeña bodega al lado del tacho de basura y del baño. El local en si en un horno donde concentra todo el calor porque ni ventilacion hay. Si quieres lavarte las manos tienes que hacerlo con detergente porque ni se molestan en comprar jabón para manos. Me querian hacer firmar un contrato que decia que trabajabamos 48 horas semanales con dos horas de almuerzo cuando en realidad trabajas 64 horas a la semana con 45 mins de comida. Te hacen estar en caja, hacerla de bodeguero, aseador y vendedor por una miseria de plata y sin comisión por las ventas. Cuando hablé de la poca paga se excusaron de que el local llevaba poco tiempo cuando ya tienen 8 años de carrera con 3 locales en León y 2 en Guanajuato. Ya cuando me querian quitar mi celular sin motivo alguno fue cuando no les aguante mas y renuncie. Siempre se a sabido que en México los jefes son negreros y abusadores de la gente con necesidad. Ahora lo confirme en persona y compartire la experiencia a donde quiera que viaje en el futuro para confirmar que realmente la cultura laboral mexicana es denigrante y mediocre. Ni siquiera me pagaron finiquito, mofandose en mi cara por pedirlo. Por otro lado las cosas que venden son todas de segunda mano, de exportación china y la hacen pasar como originales de la india. Se puede notar la calidad de las cosas en la bisutería que se oxida rápidamente y la mayoria de los ganchos vienen malos. En fin, muy mala experiencia con gente muy pobre de cultura, los cuales andan mas preocupado de que los clientes no les roben que mantener a un buen trabajador.
