En el área de paquetería fue dónde hay puntos a mejorar puesto que le salude y ni me volteo a ver el encargado solo me señaló la mochila y al salir la persona que me atendió fue la persona de la entrada (tenía una playera verde quiero entender que es de diferente puesto) y fue él mismo quien me indicó lo de la devolución del producto en caso de alguna falla o desperfecto en el producto.
