Fui infracciónado..
al día siguiente al entregar el equipo y reclamar esto se deslindaron de la responsabilidad diciendo que eso es responsabilidad del cliente y me querían cobrar otro día por entregar el equipo una hora más tarde..
La satisfacción del cliente no es primero aquí ..
They rented me a dolly car whose lights didn't work,
I was violated ..
The next day when they delivered the equipment and claimed this, they disclaimed responsibility saying that this is the customer's responsibility and they wanted to charge me another day for delivering the equipment an hour later.
Customer satisfaction is not first here.
