Al intentar resolverlo mediante un reembolso o restitución, me dijeron que era mi responsabilidad por aceptar el paquete. No de ellos por el mal embalaje o de la paquetería, culparon al cliente. No recomiendo un negocio que no sabe actuar de manera justa y correcta.
