★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We go here often. The service is excellent and fast. The atmosphere is very European. The food choice is large, Mexican to European. We've had frog legs, fish, stuffed poblanos and enchiladas. And the flan was outstanding. Love the two margaritas for the price of one. And they are excellent margaritas! Quantity was just right! You can't go wrong eating here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely the 5 star restaurant on this strip in Nuevo Progresso! Some of the BEST mexican food here. Phenomenal service and above par food experience. The level of service and the quality of food is very reminiscent of Garcia's Restaurant in Matamoros.
You'll get a quality tableside service at Arturos. Quite a leap ahead of what mostly all other restaurants offer. I definately recommend Arturos if your visiting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place. I was a bit hesitant to go in due to COVID-19, but I did anyway. All the waiters have masks and face shields on and that was good to see. The food was great and price was reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one stop we always make when in Mexico. The waiters are all dressed very nice, friendly and have provided exceptional service. The food is very reasonably priced and very good. They do allow smoking in the bar section, not sure about the restaurant area. They have two for one drinks every day from 10am-5pm, but not sure about weekend drink prices.
