★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal fue un fraude, Me comentaron que a los 15 días comenzaba el seguimiento a mi trámite,les pague ,les entregué mi folio y lo perdieron , al paso del tiempo cuando les pedí talles de mi trámite Me dieron otro número de otro caso que no era el mío, pasaron los meses y nunca me dieron el seguimiento de mi trámite perdieron mi folio y a final de cuentas me salió pagar más caro la multa por que deje pasar el tiempo :/
Después de todo les pedí un reembolso porque nunca me realizaron ningún trámite y efectivamente accedieron a reembolsar el dinero pero... siempre me comentaban que al cabo de unas horas me harían el depósito por el reembolso de mi dinero pero nunca lo hicieron siempre me decían que el día de mañana y el día de mañana y el día mañana y así sucesivamente lo siguen haciendo hasta el día de la fecha después de 6 meses
Personally, it was a fraud. They told me that after 15 days the follow-up of my procedure began, I paid them, I gave them my folio and they lost it, over time when I asked them for details of my procedure, they gave me another number of another case that was not mine, months went by and they never gave me the follow-up of my procedure, they lost my folio and in the end I ended up paying a more expensive fine because I let time pass :/
After all, I asked them for a refund because they never did any paperwork for me and they actually agreed to refund the money but... they always told me that after a few hours they would give me the deposit for the refund of my money but they never did, they always told me that the day after tomorrow and the day after tomorrow and the day after tomorrow and so on continue until today after 6 months
