★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was suffering to find good food in Xpujil but luckily I found this place. The chicken is very fine but the spare ribs are awesome. The pork meat is totally organic and I imagine that this is the taste how pork tasted a century ago in Germany when our food was not industrial produced. It tastes more like wild boar and of course it is more greasy but the outside is so crispy yummie that everyone should give it a try. Pick the ribs :)
