Hubo muy poca atención ,la comida si está rica

Tiene buen ambiente , no aceptan tarjeta, se tardaron demasiado para traer la comida y de paso fria, los precios estan elevados para la calidad de la comida y bebidas. Pedi un percheron, cuando me lo llevaron estaba frio, el queso no estaba fundido y la tortilla remojada, estaba incomible.

Antes de poner un pie adentro de este lugar, pare! Más que otorgarle una estrella, no sé por qué Google no da la opción de 0 estrellas. El lugar es limpio, el servicio al cliente es pésimo y la comida terriblemente mala. La mesera que nos atendió no conoce el término amabilidad o cortesía. Para empezar, al colocar el primer platillo olvido los platos y cubiertos, iniciamos pidiendo como entrada un queso fundido el cual estaba razonablemente preparado, sin embargo la mesera olvido los cubiertos. Después pedimos una parrillada para cuatro personas, lo cual resultó ser un terrible fiasco, la mesera nos trajo carne picada a la plancha, no una parrillada tal y como muestran en las fotografías del menú, lo cual me pareció inaudito, ya que es primera vez que vamos a un restaurante de carnes y una parrillada nos la sirven como carne para tacos y no sólo eso, asada en aceite. Si usted está esperando disfrutar con su familia de un delicioso corte, como tradicionalmente se sirve en Sonora, ni se acerque a este lugar, este lugar no es. $1,100 pesos por un plato de carne picada cocinada en aceite, un queso fundido y bebidas. Con sinceridad le digo que dejamos toda la comida con excepción del queso. Before stepping into this place, stop! More than giving it one star, Google should have a 0 stars option. The place is clean, the customer service is awful and the food even worse. The waitress who helped us is not used to the terms kindness or courtesy. We ordered an appetizer to star, which was of reasonable taste, and she forgot to bring plates and utensils. Then we ordered a barbecue for four people, which turned out to be a terrible fiasco, the waitress brought us grilled minced meat, not a barbecue as shown in the photos of the menu, which I thought was unheard of, since it is the first time that we go to a steakhouse and a barbecue is served as taco meat and not only that, roasted in oil. If you are hoping to enjoy with your family a delicious cut, as it is traditionally served in Sonora, do not go near this place, this place is not it. $ 1,100 pesos for a plate of minced meat cooked in oil, a melted cheese and drinks. I sincerely tell you that we leave all the food except for the cheese.

Really great food, great service

We went to have dinner and right away I saw the place was very neat and clean they even had a sink next to the restrooms just for washing your hands, I was impressed to see they cared about the cleanliness of both the staff and the customers. We were given a very sincere and warm greeting which showed me they are grateful for our business. After we chose our seats we were given a quick explanation of the specials they had to offer, we went with a meat special designed to feed a group of 3 people it had carne asada carne adobada and two ribs it also had a small amount of tripas and little quesadillas it was served with a bowl of refried beans and cheese meant to share and it was complete with all the grilled small onions and grilled chilies too. The dinner was delicious.
