★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst choripan I’ve had while in Mexico (Riviera Maya). Also the most expensive. Tastes sour and the sandwich is mostly bread. It was also lukewarm. Definitely will not be back.

The meat is sourced from the state of Sonora, so it it tastes great, and is soft and succulent. The grill master is definitely skilled and the price-quality proportion is unbeatable, this is expensive restaurant quality, at food stall prices. Definitely recommending and returning
