Pedí un término de 3/4 y trajeron uno completamente crudo por dentro, solamente lo asaron por afuera, lamento no haberle tomado una foto. A mi parecer fue una pena haber venido a este lugar. Hubiera preferido ir por unos tacos.
Debut and farewell... The barbecue still needs to learn the terms of the meat. I asked for a 3/4 term and they brought one completely raw inside, they only grilled it on the outside, I'm sorry I didn't take a picture of it. In my opinion it was a shame to have come to this place. I would have preferred to go for some tacos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mejor carne de Xalapa, bueno el clericot, las papas sencillas. El primer mesero que me atendió no se portó muy profesional pero de ahí en fuera todo excelente.
The best meat in Xalapa, good clericot, simple potatoes. The first waiter who served me was not very professional but from then on everything was excellent.
