Este fin de semana fui a conocer mineral del chico y a un costado de la iglesia ahí un puesto de color café obscuro que si bien a simple vista es muy sencillo no se dejen engañar por su apariencia pues es un lugar acogedor con sus sillas tipo periqueras que al estar sentado estas en una barra frente a quienes preparen tu comida obviamente con una mica de cristal para respetar los procesos de higiene en esta pandemia, lo interesante de este lugar que que venden tacos de "Jabalí" y alguno que otro antojito como zopes y quesadillas de calabaza, champiñon y Huitlacoche y chori queso.
Cabe mencionar que las personas que surten este lugar con la carne de jabalí tienen un criadero por lo que estarás comiendo 100% carne de jabalí y no otra cosas como carne de cerdo que hacen pasar por jabalí, sin duda alguna al ir a este pueblo mágico a demás de comer pastes no puedes dejar de visitar esta delicia gastronómica.
puedes comprar por kilo la carne, aun que también por taco, realmente vale la pena probarlos en promedio una personas gastaría para una buena comida y quedar satisfecho entre $150 a $200 y $250 a $300 si eres de buen diente y glotón hahaha
El precio por taco de jabalí es de $35
Por último como postre no dejen de probar el pan que venden enfrente ya que es riquísimo al igual que el café.
