★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cecina esta deliciosa!! Ni muy salada. Ni dura. Los quesos muy bien preparados. Nopales, cebollas, salsas, y tortillas hechas a mano de la mejor calidad. El único detallito es que tardan en traer la comida. Aunque lo entiendo pues sé que la preparan en el preciso instante en que llegamos. Aún así me gustaría que no tardarán tanto.
The jerky is delicious !! Not too salty. It doesn't last. Cheeses very well prepared. Nopales, onions, sauces, and handmade tortillas of the best quality. The only detail is that they take time to bring the food. Although I understand it, I know that they prepare it at the precise moment we arrived. Still, I wish it wouldn't take so long.
