Privado y lleno de plantas. Yo me quedé en la casa 1 y está genial la alberca y la casa. Genial para fiestas privadas :v

Un lugar espacioso y confortable. Una experiencia increíble en Tulum para pasársela bien con la familia y amigos.

No hot water, towels dirty, bedding haven't been changed, shower cabin door is jot closing properly, no shower gel, windows dirty as well...etc... Very disappointed.

Had a great experience in House 3, there was no problem with the complex and we had privacy the whole time

Organized crime is happening in this place. The 8 of us, college students from Texas, stayed in this Airbnb and most of us lost cash adding up to $3000+, jewelries, a couple of AirPods and other random things. We are convinced that someone comes in the house while we were gone and steals. This is unacceptable. There is no safety deposit box on site and there is a sign saying they are not responsible or theft, seems like it happens a lot in this place. Aside to us being robbed on broad daylight, the sink is backed up and stinks up the whole place, bed and towels are dirty, door was broken and I am pretty sure this place is haunted. We need help, not sure if reporting to local authorities will help. Please stay away from this place if you don’t want to have what’s supposed to be your dream vacation in Tulum ruined like ours.

Everything looks nice, however, they are badly built. Our sink stopped draining, our toilet paper holder broke, the key was not working for our front door. The owner had no priority to fix it immediately. And now, there is money missing from our group. We definitely know we had placed it in the home, and now it is gone. At least $1000 was stolen from the home. They have no cameras and a sign saying they are not responsible for theft. There are also security in the lobby so they would know when exactly you leave and come back. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

I wish I could give this place a 0. Where do I start? First off, the area is not the safest. I would not recommend walking the roads at night. ROACH INFESTATION- we killed at least 15 roaches in a 4 night stay. Clogged sinks Loud pipes Thin walls Dead bugs in the sofa cushions Ants in the kitchen No large trashcan or cleaning supplies provided in order to keep things tidy No clean towels or replenished tissue for 5 DAYS! Toward the end of our trip, our entire 4 room villa had run out of tissue paper and all they said was, "sorry we open at 9am." They act like they care about you to get you there and then they go ghost once the money is paid and you're in the villa. We heard nothing from them for several days. Before we sent the final payment- they were attentive and reassuring. After the paid was made, we could barely get a hold of them. They cared nothing about the roaches. Please don't stay here. There are several other places near the beach or downtown that are safer, nicer and probably roach free.
