★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cobran 89 pesos por una supuesta membresía que nunca adquirí. Ahora veo que a otras personas les pasó lo mismo. Que abuso que tomen nuestros datos de inscripción a carreras pasadas para cobrar algo que no contratamos. Eso se llama fraude ASDEPORTE.
 They charge me 89 pesos for a supposed membership that I never acquired. Now I see that the same thing happened to other people. What an abuse that they take our registration data for past races to collect something that we do not hire. This is called ASDEPORTE fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para todos a los que se les hace el cargo de $89 ingresen a asmas.mx con los datos de su cuenta de asdeporte. A mí me pasó lo mismo y solo ahí pude solucionar el problema. Cabe destacar que yo nunca me inscribí ni autoricé los cargos, pero en fin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Según me aseguraron, me devolverían el monto de una inscripción a una competencia aplazada. Llevo más de 1 mes esperando esta devolución. Ni siquiera contestan a los correos. Una vergüenza su atención al cliente. Eviten inscribirse a sus competencias. Hay otras iguales, planificadas por otras empresas, que son más baratas y están mucho mejor organizadas.
As they assured me, they would refund the amount of a registration to a postponed competition. I have been waiting for this return for more than 1 month. They don't even answer emails. Shame on their customer service. Avoid signing up for their competitions. There are others of the same, planned by other companies, which are cheaper and much better organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intenté pagar una carrera Spartan, me cobraron y nunca llegó el correo de confirmación pero sí pagaron. Ni As Deporte ni Spartan se hacen responsables. Más de 1 semana intentando contactarlos y nadie responde ¡los peores!
I tried to pay for a Spartan race, they charged me and the confirmation email never came but they did pay. Neither Ace Deporte nor Spartan are responsible. More than 1 week trying to contact them and nobody answers, the worst!

Tengo más de 6 mese haber cancelado mi suscripción via web pero siguen haciendo el cargo a mi tarjeta, no contestan e-mail y no publican su número telefónico, si lo tienes sale lo mismo NO contestan. Evita tratos con está empresa y comentalo con los amigos corredores para qué no tengan malas experiencias.
Terrible attention. I have more than 6 months to have canceled my subscription via the web but they continue to charge my card, they do not answer e-mail and they do not publish their telephone number, if you have it the same thing comes out. They do NOT answer. Avoid dealings with this company and discuss it with your broker friends so they don't have bad experiences.
