Vine un lunes a la 1:00 PM y me informaron en recepción que estaban en horario de comida por lo que no hay servicio hasta las 3:00 PM. Es comprensible que no atiendan por eso, pero al tener sólo dos sucursales en la zona metropolitana, molesta que informen distintas cosas en canales diferentes.
Very bad experience, on the phone they told me that the service was from 9 to 5, from Monday to Thursday. I came on a Monday at 1:00 PM and they informed me at reception that they were on lunch hours so there is no service until 3:00 PM. It is understandable that they do not attend to that, but having only two branches in the metropolitan area, it is annoying that they report different things on different channels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allianz tiene muy buenos productos ,sin embargo el servicio es muy malo, no tuve una buena experiencia, yo tenía que hacer el seguimiento de mis operaciones , tuvieron 3 errores en una misma póliza. Si no fuera por sus productos , no dudaría en cambiarme de empresa de fondos de inversión .
Allianz has very good products, however the service is very bad, I did not have a good experience, I had to follow up my operations, they had 3 errors in the same policy. If it weren't for your products, I wouldn't hesitate to switch mutual fund companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus productos de ahorro, asi como sus agentes estan diseñados para robar y verte la cara, si pueden evitar adquirir algun producto con ellos haganlo, corran lejos y cuiden su dinero. Horrible experiencia me llevo con esta empresa.
Their savings products, as well as their agents, are designed to steal and see your face, if you can avoid purchasing a product with them, do so, run away and take care of your money. Horrible experience I have with this company.
