Realiza Gobierno Municipal jornadas de Salud y Atención Familiar en asentamientos tarahumaras

Chihuahua, Chih. a 12 de agosto del 2021
El Gobierno Municipal a través del DIF ha realizado durante la presente semana, jornadas de salud y atención familiar en cuatro asentamientos rarámuris: el Oasis, Nepawika, Pájaro Azul y Carlos Arroyo.
Las actividades están enfocadas en prevenir enfermedades entre la población rarámuri, combate a la violencia intrafamiliar, así como la atención de casos de uso y consumo de drogas; mientras el equipo médico integrado por pasantes de la Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua (UACH) realiza pláticas sobre reproducción, maternidad y la importancia de la alimentación en los primeros años de vida con leche materna.
El área de Formación Humana desarrolla actividades de prevención para niñas, niños y adolescentes con el tema “Espacios seguros en casa y comunidad limpia”, teniendo como objetivo alertar a los menores sobre los peligros que corren mientras se encuentran solos en el hogar.
Por su parte, el programa Actívate lleva a cabo tareas en temas de nutrición, activación física y acciones para evitar el estrés y agotamiento, además de la entrega de playeras y termos, invitando a la población a consumir bebidas saludables.
Asimismo, el programa Alimentario realiza la entrega de despensas con su complemento de frutas y verduras, para menores de cinco años, adultos mayores y personas en situación de discapacidad

Municipal Government organizes Health and Family Care sessions in Tarahumara settlements

Chihuahua, Chih. August 12, 2021
The Municipal Government, through the DIF, has carried out this week health and family care sessions in four Raramurian settlements: El Oasis, Nepawika, Pájaro Azul and Carlos Arroyo.
The activities are focused on preventing diseases among the Rrámuri population, combating domestic violence, as well as dealing with cases of drug use and consumption; while the medical team made up of interns from the Autonomous University of Chihuahua (UACH) conducts talks on reproduction, maternity and the importance of feeding breast milk in the first years of life.
The Human Training area develops prevention activities for girls, boys and adolescents with the theme "Safe spaces at home and a clean community", with the objective of alerting minors about the dangers they run while they are alone at home.
For its part, the Activate program carries out tasks on issues of nutrition, physical activation and actions to avoid stress and exhaustion, in addition to the delivery of t-shirts and thermos, inviting the population to consume healthy beverages.
Likewise, the Alimentarius program delivers pantries with its complement of fruits and vegetables, for children under five years of age, older adults and people with disabilities.
