Hoy fui, aproximadamente 1530 y no me permitieron ver el showroom, porque la chica que me abrió me dijo que la encargada había salido a comer... no me molestó el hecho (obvio todos tenemos derecho a...), sino la forma... la chica que me abrió la puerta llamó a la encargada e incluso me la comunicó y no me dió ninguna alternativa aún cuando le comenté que "venía de lejos" y que por lo menos me dejara ver su showroom para ver si algo me gustaba e igual y le confirmaba más tarde... solo me dijo que "apenas habia llegado a comer". En fin... Pésimo! Por lo menos indicarme una hora de regreso o no sé... o un día antes, indicarme que el horario de atención era x... Transladarse de un punto a otro en la cd es complicado, deberían poner atención en esos detalles. Simple servicio al cliente. Terrible service.
