★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al menos el tipo que me atendió se portó muy prepotente, cuando le reclamé porque no había atendido mi orden de servicio después de 15 días y solo algo sencillo de realizar.
La persona que contesta el teléfono no es amable, no resuelve las dudas, no te quiere comunicar a los encargados.
En el poco momento que tuve que esperar el equipo escuché a la persona llamar a los clientes para darles solo noticias negativas de sus servicios, que la tinta no llegó, que la máquina no quedó, que el encargado no vino, que la computadora ya no sirve, etc.
no dieron solución a mi servicio, al contrario, la dejaron peor!!, sin tornillería completa, le ponen unas horribles etiquetas para ponerle el numero de servicio a tu equipo y luego para quitársela es de locos.
pobrecitos! se creen muy expertos pero creo que en la plaza de la computación te iría mejor que en este lugar, que alguna vez
Definitivamente por experiencia NO RECOMIENDO este lugar.

The person who answers the phone is not friendly, does not resolve doubts, does not want to communicate you to those in charge.
In the short time that I had to wait for the team, I heard the person call the clients to give them only negative news about their services, that the ink did not arrive, that the machine did not remain, that the manager did not come, that the computer no longer serves, etc.
They did not give a solution to my service, on the contrary, they left it worse !!, without complete hardware, they put some horrible labels to put the service number on your team and then to take it off is crazy.
poor little ones! They think they are very experts, but I think that in the computer square you would do better than in this place, than ever
Definitely from experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.
