Les hablas a las oficinas para preguntar y quieren que uno hable a bodega para saber que paso con el pedido (no es nuestro trabajo Itzel y demás empleados). Atienden sin ganas en la oficina. En otras palabras, servicio al cliente en la calle.
Very good items, great for selling, very bad for tracking orders. They say a date and take more weeks and nobody tells you about the delay. You call the offices to ask and they want you to talk to the warehouse to find out what happened with the order (Itzel and other employees are not our job). They attend unwillingly in the office. In other words, customer service on the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star review only because the general manager doesn't know how to treat customers well! The sales agents are amazing!! However, the General Manager didn't know details about the care of the products and she wasn't willing to give me the return policy of the store. I totally understand each store has their own policies, but as a General Manager you need to know how to move merchandise and be more open to listen to your customers.
