★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es precioso para meditar, rodeado de naturaleza y silencio. El personal es muy amable y su comida (vegetariana) es deliciosa.
 The place is beautiful to meditate, surrounded by nature and silence. The staff is very friendly and their food (vegetarian) is delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve ahí por 4 días ya que fue la cede de un taller. El lugar es bonito y tiene una vibra muy tranquila, mucha vegetación y flores bonitas. el menú es lacto-ovo-vegetariano, así que nada de carne para nadie, eso puede ser un problema para algunos, aunque las cocineras se ponen muy creativas con los platillos, pozole de hongos fue un platillo que me sorprendió. Los cuartos es la critica más grande, ya que son tipo hostal, literas viejas y con colchones y almohadas muy incomodas, delgados y se sienten los resortes, la señal del wifi es muy limitada. En general es un buen lugar para lo que está hecho, ir a meditar y hacer yoga, para otras actividades se puede complicar un poco la situación.
I was there for 4 days since it was the location of a workshop. The place is pretty and has a very calm vibe, lots of greenery and pretty flowers. The menu is lacto-ovo-vegetarian, so no meat for anyone, that can be a problem for some, although the cooks get very creative with the dishes, mushroom pozole was a dish that surprised me. The rooms are the biggest criticism, since they are hostel type, old bunk beds and with very uncomfortable mattresses and pillows, thin and springy, the Wi-Fi signal is very limited. In general it is a good place for what it is done, go to meditate and do yoga, for other activities it can complicate the situation a bit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para disfrutar de la Naturaleza y practicar disciplinas Espirituales, como Yoga, Meditación, Armonización, Artes Marciales, Tai-Chi-Chuan, Gimnasia Psicofísica, Talleres, etc. etc.
Tiene servicio de hospedaje súper económico y restaurante de comida vegetariana y vegana.
El personal con el que cuenta el Ashram muy atentos y serviciales.
Lo recomiendo ampliamente al 100%
Excellent place to enjoy Nature and practice Spiritual disciplines, such as Yoga, Meditation, Harmonization, Martial Arts, Tai-Chi-Chuan, Psychophysical Gymnastics, Workshops, etc. etc.
It has a super cheap lodging service and a vegetarian and vegan restaurant.
The staff of the Ashram are very attentive and helpful.
I highly recommend it 100%

Um local privilegiado para desfrutar da natureza exuberante (pássaros cantando) e das programações realizadas para a saúde, o bem estar, a qualidade de vida e o desenvolvimento humano. Alimentação saudável, atividades de meditação, yoga, vivências, curso e encontros. Boas instalações. Recomendo passar uma temporada de 10 dias.
Excellent location. A privileged place to enjoy the exuberant nature (birds singing) and the programs carried out for health, well-being, quality of life and human development. Healthy eating, meditation activities, yoga, experiences, courses and meetings. Good facilities. I recommend spending a season of 10 days.
