★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de explicarme por qué no pudieron atender mi queja anterior (tardaron mucho en revisar mi equipo), decidí llevar de nueva cuenta una Mac para actualizar, porque de verdad son el mejor lugar para atender todo lo referente a la marca.
El dueño atendió mis inquietudes y ofreció las mejores opciones para que un equipo de hace 7 años volviera a trabajar como nuevo.
La atención fue inmediata y el contacto rápido.
Son un lugar más grande y es comprensible que ya no actúen tan rápido, sin embargo, hacen lo posible por tener al cliente satisfecho.

The owner answered my concerns and offered the best options for a team from 7 years ago to return to work as new.
The attention was immediate and the contact fast.
They are a bigger place and it is understandable that they no longer act so fast, however, they do their best to keep the customer satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas tardes con respecto a la orden de trabajo C13300 que ingreso en enero de este año me dieron un diagnóstico de cambiar la antena de mi iPad debido a la pandemia no pude recojer el equipo hace dos mes aproximadamente fui me comentaron de otro diagnóstico y que estaba en el almacén el equipo ,me dicen otro diagnóstico diferente y cada jueves me dicen otro diferente o que no hay piezas hoy pedí mi equipo ojalá y trabajen más en eso para mi fue mal servicio tal vez sea suerte.
Good afternoon regarding the work order C13300 that I entered in January of this year. They gave me a diagnosis of changing the antenna of my iPad due to the pandemic, I could not pick up the equipment about two months ago, I was told about another diagnosis and that it was In the equipment warehouse, they tell me a different diagnosis and every Thursday they tell me a different one or that there are no parts. Today I asked for my equipment, hopefully and they work more on that for me, it was poor service, maybe it's luck.

Ademàs me dieron un mal diagnostico y en otro lugar lo arreglaron por $50.
He ido dos veces y me han cobrado mucho mas de lo que debería.

No importa cuanto local de reparación haya en la zona, solo Asicom, además de darme un excelente servicio me da la confianza que no he encontrado en esta zona de coapa, sea en la plaza hacienda o matriz, la atención es premium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque ya he acudido en otras ocasiones, en las cuales han resuelto mi problema, y la atención ha sido correcta y amable, la última vez que fui no pudieron resolver mi problema en las condiciones que habíamos acordado previamente. En principio se me había informado que podían retirar un disco duro de un equipo dañado para poder extraerle la información, lo cual se haría durante mi presencia en el lugar para evitar tener que acudir otro día, sin embargo a último momento se me informó que tenía que dejar el equipo y regresar por él al día siguiente.
Although I have already gone on other occasions, in which they have solved my problem, and the attention has been correct and kind, the last time I went they could not solve my problem in the conditions that we had previously agreed. Initially I had been informed that they could remove a hard drive from a damaged computer in order to extract the information, which would be done during my presence at the site to avoid having to go another day, however at the last minute I was informed that I had to drop off the equipment and return for it the next day.
