My experience in this store: The security staff at the super entrance, takes your temperature and puts gel (I think the usual) When going to see the footwear in the store, the staff present (the assistant manager) did not mention any discounts or customer service, later when we asked if there were promotions, they told us something about a few points in the box. When we look for the desired number, I do not provide good service. I feel that because of the appearance of me and my family, he believed that we could not afford the tennis shoes. So his attention continued to be diverted, he only attended "güeritas" people and with good clothes. So when I ask him about tennis shoes and their discount, he tells me that he didn't have it, but a heavy medium tone. I asked him the reason for the absence of the discount and he made an annoyed face when trying to answer me. Later, when paying, I approached him by a person with whom I could talk about the bad service and he told me that he was the assistant manager, there I told him that his answers were inappropriate and that from the beginning he should have been in a better attitude. For all this: I love ascics and bought 2 pairs for my kids, despite the poor service. Hopefully the service attitude will change, remembering that each person who enters is a sales opportunity and each person who leaves with nothing is a lost sale for the store.
