★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde junio del 2021 hicieron un domo, se les aviso a los 2 días que se filtraba el agua y sigo esperando que vengan a repararlo. Primero decían que venían, todos los meses me traían con "mañana, el jueves pasamos, la otra semana, etc." Ahora ni los mensajes contestan y sólo me dejan en visto. Espero se comuniquen para que reparen su mal trabajo. Pensaba que era una buena opción pero su mal servicio al cliente al solucionar sus trabajos ya realizados y pagados deja mucho que desear.
Since June 2021 they built a dome, they were notified after 2 days that the water was leaking and I'm still waiting for them to come and repair it. First they said they were coming, every month they brought me with "tomorrow, we'll be here on Thursday, the next week, etc." Now they don't even answer the messages and they just leave me on seen. I hope they communicate so that they repair their bad work. I thought it was a good option but their poor customer service when solving their work already done and paid for leaves a lot to be desired.
