Y la atención reciba va depende de quien te atienda. El primer día nos recibió una chica joven muy simpática, que nos ayudó en todo momento. Al siguiente día realizamos una actividad en la laguna que contratamos con ellos, y dejó mucho que desear. Los precios y la información nos la dieron mal, aunque la chica de recepción llamo tres veces para confirmarla. Al llegar al hotel tras la actividad, informamos a la misma que su información estaba mal dada. Su respuesta y actitud fue lamentable. Estaba sentada en una silla de la entrada, sin intención de ir a recepción en ningún momento, riéndose de la situación y pasando de los clientes, parecía irreal esa situación viniendo de un trabajador. Poca profesional y educación. No lo recomiendo. Unfortunate in every way. The cleanliness of the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. The towels they give you for the shower are tiny. And the attention you receive depends on who treats you. The first day we were greeted by a very nice young girl, who helped us at all times. The next day we did an activity in the lagoon that we hired with them, and it left much to be desired. The prices and the information were given to us wrong, although the girl at the reception called three times to confirm it. Upon arrival at the hotel after the activity, we inform the hotel that their information was wrongly given. His response and attitude was regrettable. She was sitting in a chair at the entrance, with no intention of going to reception at any time, laughing at the situation and passing on the customers, that situation seemed unreal coming from a worker. Little professional and education. I do not recommend it.

Y enfrente hay tacos de guisado a 17pesos se llena el lugar recomiendo una noche Excellent.lumpio and decorated very comfortable beds and location. El acceso es todo un laberinto de escalones bajar y subir. Pésimo servicio de los encargados. No lo recomiendo. Mejor hospedense en el Magic ahí si está de lujo. It was the worst place where we stayed, the attention of the reception girl leaves much to be desired, they have water at the entrance but they do not have glasses and they are to guide you to give one. Access is a maze of steps down and up. Terrible service from the managers. I do not recommend it. Better stay at the Magic there if it's luxurious.
E	Eri Plata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo bueno: super buena ubicación, costo accesible, por hospedarte aquí te dan descuento en el restaurante el mezcal, buena atención de las chicas de recepción. Lo malo: NO HAY BUENA LIMPIEZA, nos quedamos dos noches, al segundo día regresamos a la habitación al parecer la habían limpiado pero el baño se encontraba sucio y encontramos unos calcetines abajo de la cama de los huéspedes anteriores, con eso vimos que hay cero limpieza de las habitaciones. The good: super good location, affordable cost, for staying here they give you a discount at the mezcal restaurant, good attention from the reception girls. The bad: THERE IS NO GOOD CLEANING, we stayed two nights, on the second day we returned to the room apparently they had cleaned it but the bathroom was dirty and we found some socks under the bed of the previous guests, with that we saw that there are zero cleaning of the rooms.

V	Vic G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super central modern little hotel with great water pressure, don't allow the 4% CC fee! Stayed there 2 nights end of October 2021. Liked · Loved the water pressure was unbelievable strong compared to other locations. Loved the location, super central walking distance to all hot spot. Modern room and decor, wifi excellent. Big shower and bathroom. Disliked · Very small view of the Lagoon but that was the minor because would not stay in room just there for sleep. I didn't appreciate at all the check-in, they wanted to charge me 4% fee to pay with credit card, explained to them I had a confirmed price would not pay anymore than what was subject in Booking.com price. Also told them it was not permited by law to do so. Was there trying to find a ScotiaBank ATM which there is none, was not about to pay fee for them to save. Realy bad business practices, in your price all expenses should be included. Finally told them to cancel rsvp and would go to other Hotel that don't charge 4% and the removed the 4% and charged my CC without the 4% fee.
