★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este lugar enfermaron a mi mamá de gravedad. No cuentan con enfermeras ni con personal calificado, la casa la administran entre Sandra y sus hijos y amigas de Sandra, pero nadie ahí tiene certificaciones. Dejan a los viejitos sentados todo el día viendo televisión, los regañan, la comida no es de calidad y el trato del personal una vez que ingresaste es grosero. No se dan cuentan de la magnitud de importancia que tiene un negocio como este.
Dejo esta reseña porque cuando yo estaba buscando un lugar para mi mamá revisé las reseñas de todos y al parecer Casa Eduviges tenía buena reseña, después me di cuenta de que todas las reseñas positivas son de ellas mismas.
Fue horrible la experiencia que viví con mi mamá en este lugar, han tenido casos COVID y yo me enteré después, no tienen cariño por lo que hacen, y la verdad para tener a tu familiar sentada viendo televisión cualquier lugar es bueno.
Tengan cuidado. Hay otros lugares por la zona que tienen drásticamente mejor servicio. Mi mamá se está recuperando, pero tuvimos que pasar por un proceso horrible gracias a las malas atenciones de Casa Eduviges, de Sandra, de su amiga Barby y de sus hijos. No tienen enfermeras ni doctores. Su publicidad es engaño.
 In this place they made my mother seriously ill. They do not have nurses or qualified personnel, the house is run by Sandra and her children and Sandra's friends, but no one there has certifications. They leave the old men sitting all day watching television, they scold them, the food is not of quality and the treatment of the staff once you enter is rude. They don't realize how important a business like this is.
I am leaving this review because when I was looking for a place for my mom I checked everyone's reviews and apparently Casa Eduviges had a good review, then I realized that all the positive reviews are from them.
The experience that I lived with my mother in this place was horrible, they have had COVID cases and I found out later, they have no affection for what they do, and the truth to have your family member sitting watching television anywhere is good.
Be careful. There are other places around the area that have drastically better service. My mother is recovering, but we had to go through a horrible process thanks to the bad care of Casa Eduviges, Sandra, her friend Barby and her children. They don't have nurses or doctors. Your advertising is hoax.
