★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy descuidado parque, ojo ya lleva un mes o mas un poste de alumbrado el cual esta desgajado y de lado a punto de caer a unidades transitando, esto sobre av de las fuentes, calles y accesos muy mal sin mantenimientos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA, NO PAGAN! NO LE DAN MANTENIMIENTO AL PARQUE LO UNICO QUE HACEN ES COBRAR A LAS EMPRESAS Y NO HACEN NADA. NI SIQUIERA HAN HECHO CONOCIMIENTO AL MUNICIPIO DEL PARQUE EN CUANTO A LA ENTREGA. PERO ESTAN BUENOS PARA COBRAR.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, DO NOT PAY! THEY DO NOT MAINTAIN THE PARK THE ONLY THING THEY DO IS CHARGE COMPANIES AND DO NOTHING. THEY HAVE NOT EVEN KNOWN THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE PARK AS TO THE DELIVERY. BUT THEY ARE GOOD TO COLLECT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar hay diferentes empresas la mayoria corianas y para ir a pedir trabajo hay que deriguirse a contratistas ya que son pocas las empresas que contratan y en eyas pagan salarios muy vagos y siquieren ir directamente y si quieren trabajo estan los parques industriales el marques o parque industrial Querétaro pasando santa rosa gauregui

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues ni tan tranquilo porque el Viernes en la tarde fuimos a intentar sacar dinero del Cajero de Santander que está ubicado, un tanto escondido, cerca de Avenida de las Fuentes, y ya se lo habían llevado completo. Ese cajero se lo llevaron con camión y herramienta especializada. ¿Cómo es que afuera de una compañía, nadie se dio cuenta? ¿Poco a poco, que nos esperará? Falta Vigilancia. En más de un año sólo he visto un vehículo: el mismo. Lo otro: acerca de las reparaciones que están haciendo, ya uno de los topes nuevos se está "desbaratando" literalmente, y me pregunto por qué su personal no lo ha reportado: es un tope que acaban de poner hace poco. Hay unas zanjas terribles, entrando por los Arcos, hacia arriba a la derecha. Creo que hay situaciones como estas que son prioritarias, pues al tratar de esquivar un bache, no sólo peligra nuestra seguridad, sino la de otros conductores o peatones. La atención indiscutiblemente por teléfono sí, muy amables, pero son casi las 10 de la mañana del Lunes, y nadie responde. Y la semana pasada tampoco había nadie a esta hora.
