★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los médicos son muy buenos, solo que la recepcionista tiene un trato poco amable con los pacientes desde que una llama por teléfono a pedir informes, eso deja mucho que desear y hasta puede influir en que no se quiera agendar una cita.
The doctors are very good, only that the receptionist has an unkind treatment with patients from the moment a phone calls to request reports, that leaves a lot to be desired and can even influence not wanting to schedule an appointment.

Paola Vela, falta de tacto para decir las cosas y basarse en algo sin revisar el expediente médico, la chica de recepción me atendió bien, las instalaciones limpias, pero con el trato que me dió está Dra la verdad me hizo cambiar de opinión e ir a otro lugar a atender mi parto.
Terrible and unprofessional service from Dr. Paola Vela, lack of tact to say things and rely on something without reviewing the medical file, the girl at the reception attended me well, the facilities were clean, but with the treatment she gave me, Dr. The truth made me change my mind and go to another place to attend my delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pongo 4 estrellas porque les falta más servicio al cliente por parte de sus recepcionistas y personal de apoyo.
En cuanto a la atención obstétrica es excelente, las instalaciones están limpias, adecuadas para el servicio que ofrecen y usan una buena tecnología para los ultrasonidos.
A mi me atendió la doctora Laura Flores, es muy profesional y sabe muchísimo de su ramo, tiene buenas recomendaciones de salud y responde todas tus dudas. Me gustó mucho su atención.
I give it 4 stars because they lack more customer service from their receptionists and support staff.
In terms of obstetric care, it is excellent, the facilities are clean, adequate for the service they offer and use good technology for ultrasound.
