Es necesario sacar cita, aunque es importante tomar en cuenta que debes llegar temprano y esperar como 2 horas, porque si llegas 5 min después, tardas más de 3 horas a pasar.

Pero...doy 4 estrellas porque no tienen bien gestionada la parte de las citas ya que no respetan la cita que te dan, atienden conforme van llegando. Estuve 1 hora esperando mi turno lo cual se me hace una falta de respeto que no respeten los horarios de las citas. Deberían mejorar esa parte porque entonces no tiene sentido que pidan cita si no respetan los horarios y hacen esperar demasiado tiempo.
