If I could give this asociations customer service a -5 stars I definatly would. My boss recently aquired quarter miles at Los Alamitos last weeked and was interested in doing the same in the upcoming auction at the México hipódromo. When I called to get information on the process for bidding at the auction, Rep. CARLA ARCEO answered the phone and was the rudest person I have ever been on the phone with at a business, talking over me no letting me ask any questions or clarifying any of my concerns in regards to my boss being from USA and not having a México ID as well as doing a wire transfer for the deposit. All she said was I don't know anything and was quick to hang up the phone when I told her it was her job to answer any questions. I really hope these calls are monitored so upper managent knows how their employees speak to customers on the phone. If you plan to aquire quarter miles for either racing or breeding and you are a international bidder save yourself the bad moment and go somewhere else, I assure you anywhere you go you will be treated with more respect if you plan to spend thoudands of dollars.
