★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para hacer un pago en el extranjero están completamente incapacitados, pésimo servicio, poco profesionales, la mujer que me tenía que dar datos fiscales se tardo 2 semanas en hacerlo. Es una lástima que no podamos disponer de nuestro dinero cuando lo queremos! Es un trámite que me cansa tanto que pensé en abortar pero me molesta la burocracia así que sigo después de 2 meses en este proceso....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada vez peor atención, puedes pasar horas llamando y si tienes suerte te responde un conmutador que te sugiere marcar 0 para tu asunto... Lo marcas... Y puedes envejecer ahí... Ayer 7 intentos... Hoy 9 intentos... Horario supuesto de oficina 10 a 4 pm pero ni a las 10, ni a las 11, ni a las 12...ni a las 3:30...ni a las 3:50...mas los intentos de la Otra semana. Antes amaba la ANDI, su trato y vibra eran por mucho superiores a la ANDA. Hoy la cosa cambió. La ANDA trabaja cada día, pandemia y todo... Y atienden a las personas . La ANDI en cambio... Sucumbe, cae... Ineficiente... Triste perdida.
Service getting worse and worse, you can spend hours calling and if you're lucky you get a switch that suggests you dial 0 for your subject... You dial it... And you can grow old there... Yesterday 7 attempts... Today 9 attempts. .. Supposed office hours 10 to 4 pm but not at 10, not at 11, not at 12... not at 3:30... not at 3:50... plus attempts to the other week. I used to love ANDI, their treatment and vibe were far superior to ANDA. Today things changed. ANDA works every day, pandemic and all... And they serve people. The ANDI instead... Succumbs, falls... Inefficient... Sad loss.
