Todos se echan la bolita: el call center a los técnicos, los técnicos a las rutas, los del call center dicen que son 12 sucursales y no saben de dónde vienen los técnicos. Por supuesto, no me pueden proporcionar esa información. Pido con algún gerente y sólo están de 12 a 2. Cuando llamo, resulta que están supervisando lo que sea y no están disponibles. En teoría hicieron el "servicio al condensador" que no fue más que quitar el polvo por 2mil pesos (carisimo, acepte el presupuesto por la necesidad). Ese mismo día dejo de funcionar, llame para solicitar mi garantía, me dejaron esperando al teléfono, en teoría hoy vendrían y nada!. Llevo ya dos días sin tener respuesta concreta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo mas de 60 días esperando una reparación que me dijeron tardaba 10 días, a la fecha nadie da respuesta y el call center no sirve para nada, nadie atiende en persona y lo único que dicen es que alguien se comunicara, pero nada, en la alternativa que me dieron de comunicación por WhatsApp es la misma historia, me respondieron los dos primeros mensajes y después ya nadie responde.
Demasiado malo el servicio y la atención al cliente para ser certificados por SAMSUNG, ahorren tiempo y busquen por otro lado el servicio.
