★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a tense personality and enjoy deep tissue/sports massages with detailed work. Falling asleep ? during massage or feeling relaxed was never an option for me before. I pulled my deltoid and hurt muscles around my shoulder-blade while doing handstands in PV.
I was hesitant To getting massage because I believed my tissues shouldn’t be messed with, but my husband booked me an appointment with Astrid.......
and it was awesome...... I swear I almost fell asleep..... very strange for me....
She clearly is gifted and has a natural feel as to how to touch /release/support even very hurt clients like me ?
I came back to her the next day for a 2 hour massage .
She helped me to heal and what’s really freaky.... to relax

She provides a great deep-tissue massage ( she has had training/education) in a clean and comfortable space. It is only a 2 min (2 block) walk up from the Malacon! This place is a must-try if looking for a massage in Puerto Vallarta!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a fancy frilly spa where you sit and sip wine with the girls, but Kim gave me an amazing deep tissue massage and I can't wait to come back! Also, her massage table was soooo comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to see Astrid and Kim for a couples massage and were so impressed that we booked facials for the next day. Kim melted me on the table and Astrid is a truly gifted therapist who knows how to help with complex muscular issues like frozen shoulder, etc. We now know who we will see EVERY time we are in Puerto Vallarta.
