Solo imaginen el por qué pongo una estrella .
Escribo mi queja aqui para que vean el daño que me causaron y el gasto que tuve que hacer por dejar los birlos sueltos de mi auto
Se me salieron las 2 llantas tuve que pagar grua, comprar rin y biirlos, etc etc etc.
Y solo fui por alineación y balanceo
No deseo atender nada por privado por que el gasto ya lo hice y prefiero que la gente evalue si llevar el auto con ustedes o no, pero que se de cuenta que ustedes evaden responsabilidad por que en su pagina de facebook su respuesta fue bloquearme.
I do not write a comment because so much on their facebook page and here they delete it instead of answering a complaint they evade responsibility.
Just imagine why I put a star.
I write my complaint here so that you can see the damage they caused me and the expense I had to do to leave the studs loose from my car
My 2 tires came off I had to pay for a crane, buy a rim and biirlos, etc etc etc.
And I just went for alignment and rocking
I do not want to attend anything privately because the expense I have already done and I prefer that people evaluate whether to take the car with you or not, but to realize that you evade responsibility because on your facebook page your response was to block me.

Elizabeth (encargada de la sucursal) me atendió de maravilla, un trato muy cordial y amable. Las instalaron y le hicieron los servicios. Salí muy contento y agradecido. A partir de hoy, me vuelvo su cliente. Entonces recomiendo ampliamente que vayan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OJO.. es una reseña de su atención telefónica... que tristemente es pésima, me contestaron me dejaron esperando 10 min y me colgaron, volví a marcar varias veces y creo que descolgaron el teléfono para q no entraran llamadas, tal parece q no quisieron hacer ventas ese día

La primera vez la lleve y se tardaron un día entero me dijeron que necesitaba cambiar muchas piezas que estaban en buen estado pero tuve que regresar porque no la alinearon con el pretexto de las piezas que estaban disque dañadas esa segunda vez que volví me dijeron que llamaban para avisar cuando la recogiera y dio la hora del cierre y jamás llamaron, llamé y no respondieron, mande WhatsApp y me dijeron que les faltaba mucho que pasara por ella al otro día. Al dia siguiente ya no mencionaron las piezas que estaban mal porque yo les dije que mi mecánico reviso y me dijo que estaban bien pero entonces me salieron que ahora estaban mal otras piezas diferentes. Termine por ir a otro taller a que realizarán todo nuevamente.
Terrible service, poor attention and unprofessional staff. The first time I took it and it took a whole day they told me that I needed to change many pieces that were in good condition but I had to return because they did not align it with the pretext of the pieces that were damaged that second time I returned they told me they were calling to notify when I picked it up and gave the closing time and they never called, I called and they did not answer, I sent WhatsApp and they told me that they had a long way to go before I came through the next day. The next day they no longer mentioned the parts that were wrong because I told them that my mechanic checked and he told me that they were good but then they came out that now other different parts were wrong. Finish by going to another workshop where they will do everything again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trabajo al parecer es bueno aunque la atención deja mucho que desear, un día les tomó ponerle un parche a una llanta e inflarla con nitrógeno, a las 09:30 hrs. me la recibieron pero tenían mucho trabajo y no podrían parcharla en el momento, la dejé y me comentó la srita. de recepción que me llamarían por teléfono para informarme si quedaría con el parche, tuve que ir al siguiente día para recogerla, efectivamente el trabajo ya estaba realizado y me cobraban el montaje y balanceo pero tendría que dejar mi vehículo todo el día por qué seguían con mucho trabajo, en resumen el parche y el inflado con nitrógeno me salió en $480.00 y era pagarlos o no recuperaba mi llanta.
