Pero les valió, ni siquiera se disculparon y me dijeron q ellos no podían hacer nada hasta q el técnico fuera a ver si estaba disponible. Muy descortéses, no y me tuvieron ahi más de una hora! Pésimo servicio y pésimo trato al cliente, de verdad no se como funcionan ese tipo de negocios! Y no entiendo a la gente.. Tienen trabajo y no lo valoran! Mejor q dejen la oportunidad a gente q si quiera trabajar! Q horror!
Very bad, I had an appointment and they did not attend me, because the technician left early and did not return. But it was worth it, they didn't even apologize and told me that they couldn't do anything until the technician went to see if he was available. Very rude, no and they kept me there for more than an hour! Terrible service and terrible customer treatment, I really don't know how that type of business works! And I don't understand people .. They have a job and they don't value it! Better that they leave the opportunity to people who even want to work! What horror!
