Garbage Car rental, lousy units, old and poorly composed vehicles, DO NOT RENT HERE, do not expose your life.

Friendly service from reception, the rental process is not as long as in other places and the rates are according to normal. For cargo vehicles there is not much availability so it is difficult to rent a van.

They rented us a Renault DOSTER truck, it did not develop more than 80 km per hour on the highway of the sun, in the lowlands it developed 120, but the steering wheel was shaking, 2 times it got hot and we had to wait 10 minutes for it to cool down and turn on again . They never wanted to change it at the agency, they only sent a mechanic in Acapulco who left it exactly the same

I had previously rented in the place, today that I return the service is really bad. If something is noticeable in the shopping experience, it is the deal. Little kindness, delay in the delivery of documents, few guarantees for the user in case of failure, and worst of all, they give you a car in poor condition, without a functional horn, noises while driving, etc. It is not so recommended as they do not have a culture of service.

We paid for a truck that was first given to us late, it did not correspond to what we had contracted and finally the truck had air conditioning without indications, the air outlets were broken, in the front at least they were broken, in the rear there were only the holes in the ceiling, and no air came through. The seat belts of the 12 seats that the truck had, only 5 worked, the rest either did not work or were conspicuous by their absence, as noted one of the belts was knotted without the possibility of untying it. The seats were uncomfortable, burned, the truck's suspension was bad, with any boat we all jumped. The radio in the truck didn't work. The engine light was on but according to them nothing was happening, it was just something from the o2. In a conversation with the manager, he told us that when we came back, if when checking everything they saw that it was true, the budget would be adjusted because we paid for services that the van did not enjoy, neither security nor leisure (see the radio and audio). When we delivered it, it was our fault for having contracted their service more or less. The manager hidden without giving signs, after almost a month we are waiting for the manager's call and of course the adjustment in the budget that he promised us. This rent a car is a real botched job and the treatment of its employees is ridiculous, from the manager who stayed hidden through whatsapp to the man who cleans the cars. It's a shame that the minimum number of stars in the review is only one, because the evaluation is very large and tremendously generous. To this day, after 2 months the manager has still not returned the promised call, at least to apologize. We took it for granted that there would be no reimbursement for all the services that he did not provide us and promised us, but an apology yes. I repeat, the unfortunate service, the unfortunate attention and the manager…., neither is nor is expected.
