★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, demasiado lento, tienen sala de espera pero te hacen esperar afuera a pesar de que la sala no está llena, más de 3 horas para realizar un trámite y si en tu espera se atraviesa su hora de comida te tienes que esperar es hora más.
Terrible service, too slow, they have a waiting room but they make you wait outside even though the room is not full, more than 3 hours to complete a procedure and if your wait is through their lunch hour you have to wait it is time more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta ocacion fui a tramitar mi TIA(tarjeta de Identificacion Aeropuertaria). De preferiencia llegar a las 5am y tener todos tus papeles en regla porque son muy exigentes. Para llegar puedes tomar una Van que sale en el ADO, pero sale a las 5am, por lo que deberas llegar al ado media hora antes para alcanzar transporte.
On this occasion I went to process my TIA (Airport Identification Card). Preferably arrive at 5am and have all your papers in order because they are very demanding. To get there you can take a Van that leaves at the ADO, but it leaves at 5am, so you must arrive at the ADO half an hour before to get transportation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a realizar mi trámite TIA (TARGETA DE IDENTIFICACIÓN AEROPUERTUARIA) el curso muy claro sin embargo el personal que atiende para la foto y la entrega del plástico muy groseros, sin dar explicaciones claras, condicionandote la entrega de la misma si le haces una observación.
Aún en pandemia no respetan los lineamientos de sanidad como el mal uso del cubrebocas, el aglomeraciones por falta de indicaciones y pésima actitud en todo momento.
I went to carry out my TIA procedure (AIRPORT IDENTIFICATION CARD) the course was very clear, however, the staff that attends for the photo and the delivery of the plastic very rude, without giving clear explanations, conditioning the delivery of the same if you make an observation.
Even in a pandemic, they do not respect health guidelines such as the misuse of face masks, crowds due to lack of indications and a terrible attitude at all times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too slooooooooooooooooow. Depending on the area, you can pass an eternity here. Watching people fall sleep from waiting, snoring their suffering out.
Although there are some really helps ful people too, some considerate and friendly ones.
But the slow ones definitely define the place. They ain't the exception, they are the rule.
