★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían ser más responsables con su atención al cliente, su página enlaza a un WhatsApp donde les envías mensaje y te contestan con signos de interrogación, y cuando te piden la información de lo que necesitas no te hacen las preguntas adecuadas, además que te dejan de contestar. Qué mala experiencia, la verdad desde que contestaron mi mensaje de buenas tardes con signos de interrogación debí darme cuenta que no eran profesionales.
They should be more responsible with their customer service, their page links to a WhatsApp where you send them a message and they answer with question marks, and when they ask you for the information you need they don't ask you the right questions, plus they stop asking you answer. What a bad experience, the truth is that since they answered my good afternoon message with question marks, I should have realized that they were not professionals.
