Lamentablemente no dan garantia, y se entiende el por que no dan, hay un chingo de "tecnicos" transas (no todos) en la plaza que sustituyen los sellos de las piezas buenas y los adhieren a las malas y no solo at home ha sufrido de esas malas practicas si no todos los demas provedores de piezas.

Compre una refacción "Original", pues, para evitarme problemas, y al momento de pagar le menciono que si, llegara a tener algún problema, ¿que pasaría? A lo que la chica, me dice "pues nunca fallan, pero vemos".
Le instaló la refacción a mi cliente, al parecer todo bien y a la hora me manda video del touch todo loco, vuelvo a pedir garantía, y tras, que no hay garantía. Subo a administración y ellos se escuadrón con que en el ticket menciona que no hay Garantía. Sube la chica, para llegar a un acuerdo, y ahí enfrente del administrador dice "pues las refacciones originales nunca fallan, pero pues te tocó la mala" a lo que le pregunto, "entonces, ¿ya me chingue?" a lo que asienta con la cabeza...
No saben que puta impotencia me dio.
