Ya q la señorita q me atendió estaba metida en su teléfono.
Y una vez q pase a ventanilla para recuperar un número, me dejó esperando media hora para decirme tiene q personalizar el número y fue todo.
( Solo tenía q hablar a *611 para cancelar el número x robo) q carajos no podía ella hablar y explicarme el procedimiento.
It says customer service and I did not like it.

And once I went to the window to retrieve a number, he left me waiting half an hour to tell me he had to personalize the number and that was it.
