★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve que acudir dos veces a la sucursal, la primera no realicé mi trámite de recuperación de SIM por qué me dicen que no tenían servicio para la reposición y pues hicieron su trabajo de convencer a pasar a pospago lo cual no hice. La segunda acudí hoy lunes y lo mismo me dicen que no tenían servicio, yo les comenté que ya había venido la anterior semana y que procedía, fue muy atentó el asesor Alonso Rosales Morales el cual necesitaba validar mi número, fue muy rápida su atención me preguntó si tenía WhatsApp con mi número y le mostré mi cuenta, necesité llevar mi antiguo teléfono, entregué mi INE y el pagó correspondiente, al finalizar yo le quería dar propina como gratificación me lo rechazó, supongo que son las políticas de la empresa lo cual fué muy profesional por su parte, hasta me ayudó a colocar mi nueva SIM en mi Teléfono. La sucursal está en una exelente ubicación tiene muchos asesores para que no haya fila, está atractiva la tienda, maravilloso.
I had to go to the branch twice, the first time I did not carry out my SIM recovery process because they tell me that they did not have replacement service and they did their job of convincing me to go postpaid which I did not do. The second I went today Monday and the same thing they tell me that they had no service, I told them that I had already come the previous week and that I was proceeding, the advisor Alonso Rosales Morales was very attentive, who needed to validate my number, his attention was very quick. He asked if I had WhatsApp with my number and I showed him my account, I needed to bring my old phone, I gave my INE and the corresponding payment, at the end I wanted to give him a tip as a bonus, he rejected it, I suppose it is the policies of the company which He was very professional on his part, he even helped me put my new SIM in my phone. The branch is in an excellent location, it has many advisers so that there is no line, the store is attractive, wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuvo lenta la atención, que disque por no tener fallas en su sistema, me hicieron dar dos vueltas. La línea que tenía mi cel. Resultó que no era el no. De chip en su sistema y tuve que pagar un remplazo. Es increíble. Pero bueno. Ya todo en orden, después de casi una hora de espera.
Attention was slow, I dialed for not having faults in their system, they made me go around twice. The line that had my cel. Turns out it wasn't the no. Chip in their system and I had to pay for a replacement. Is incredible. Oh well. Everything in order, after almost an hour of waiting.
