Nosotros tenemos 4 teléfonos en plan desde hace muchos años, a mi hija le robaron su teléfono y no ha podido recuperar su chip, porque todas las líneas están a nombre de su esposo, mismo que no cuenta con su INE en estos momentos y no aceptan otra identificación. Los teléfonos en nuestro caso con utilizados para nuestro trabajo.?
The attention is good, but the solution to problems, they are very closed and do not give alternatives. We have had 4 phones in the plan for many years, my daughter had her phone stolen and she has not been able to recover her chip, because all the lines are in her husband's name, who does not have his INE at the moment and they do not accept other identification. The phones in our case are used for our work.
