Abraham Pichardo, vendedor de esta sucursal, me cotizó un equipo con plan incluido, me dijo explícitamente que X cantidad sería el TOTAL de mi pago mensual, pues me acaba de llegar el recibo y resulta que no, que no incluía el pago del equipo, a pesar de haberle preguntado más de una vez a este vendedor si la información era correcta y si este pago ya incluía servicio + equipo. Me hizo firmar varias cosas, re imprimiendo una y otra vez según esto por error. Ahora entiendo por qué era eso.
No vayan a esta sucursal, te van a prometer mil cosas, tiempo de entrega de 3 a 5 días hábiles (mentira). La peor experiencia de compra. Puros engaños para cerrar ventas
Terrible service. Abraham Pichardo, a salesman at this branch, quoted me a device with a plan included, he explicitly told me that X amount would be the TOTAL of my monthly payment, because I just received the receipt and it turns out that no, it did not include the payment for the device, despite having asked this seller more than once if the information was correct and if this payment already included service + equipment. He had me sign several things, reprinting over and over again based on this by mistake. Now I understand why that was.
Do not go to this branch, they will promise you a thousand things, delivery time of 3 to 5 business days (lie). The worst shopping experience. Pure deception to close sales
