Llegué y estaba cerrado cuando su horario en la puerta dicia que debería estar abierto, el que cuida los coches de la plaza me dijo que se fueron a desayunar, son dos personas y los dos salen a desayunar al mismo tiempo, desde ahí están mal. Al personal le falta capacitación, fui a renovar un plan que ya se me había terminado y lo tenia suspendido y para poder conservar mi numero me dijeron que tenia que comprar otro chip de otra compañía y hacer el traspaso a esa compañía y luego regresarlo a otro chip de ellos y esos chips, obvio los pago yo. Voy a preguntar si es cierto en otro sucursal si ese es el proceso normal por que no suena lógico.
My comment is regarding the service of this branch, not att as a company. I arrived and it was closed when his schedule at the door said it should be open, the one who takes care of the cars in the square told me that they went to breakfast, they are two people and they both go out to breakfast at the same time, from there they are bad. The staff lacks training, I went to renew a plan that had already been completed and I had it suspended and in order to keep my number they told me that I had to buy another chip from another company and make the transfer to that company and then return it to another chip them and those chips, obviously I pay them. I will ask if it is true in another branch if that is the normal process because it does not sound logical.

Ahora tengo que ir a gastar mi tiempo para poder cancelar algo que yo no autoricé si no me lo van a cobrar?es algo pésimo?
