 Terrible service, wait for 40 min. To be told that they could not replace my phone number because the manager was not there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a recoger mi chip por portabilidad y no estaba el gerente. Regrese una hr después y se tardaron mucho, con trabajo y me lo dieron. En resumen en esa sucursal no resuelven nada.
I went to pick up my chip for portability and the manager wasn't there. I came back an hour later and they took a long time, with work and they gave it to me. In short, in that branch they do not solve anything.
