I had registered my card with them for automatic payments, yet was told that my payment did not go through, and I ended up having to go physically to sort it out because their app "was being updated so I couldn't use it to fix my payment. These are the little things, the hassles, the waste of time, which make life that much more difficult... Unnecessarily. If people could simply do their jobs competently.
